(a) (1) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (2) A license holder that offers for sale commodities that are not alcoholic beverages and is open on Sunday shall keep all alcoholic beverages on the premises that are stored in areas open to the public in a separate beverage department that is securely closed and locked from midnight on Sunday to 6 a.m. on Monday. (b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer: (i) for on-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) for off-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (2) The license holder may not sell beer for on-premises consumption: (i) except as provided in § 26-2005 of this subtitle, from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.; and (ii) at a bar or counter on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day, unless the Sunday is December 24 or December 31. (c) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) The license holder may not sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day, unless the Sunday is December 24 or December 31. (d) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer: (i) for on-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) for off-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (2) The license holder may not sell beer for on-premises consumption from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
