(a) There is a Class D (waterfront) beer and wine license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use by an establishment in a waterfront entertainment retail complex, as defined in the county zoning ordinance. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises or off-premises consumption. (d) The license holder may sell beer and wine for on-premises and off- premises consumption on Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (e) The annual license fee is $660.
