(a) There is a Class B-Stadium (football stadium) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor by the drink and by the bottle, from one or more outlets, for on-premises consumption. (2) The license may be exercised only at a stadium located in Landover occupied by a National Football League franchise. (c) The annual license fee is $21,780.
