(a) In this section, "Commission" means the Maryland-National Capital
Park and Planning Commission.
(b) There is a Class B-GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license for use
on the licensed premises of a golf course in the county under the jurisdiction of the
Commission.
(c) (1) The Board shall issue a license to each manager of a golf course
of the Commission who applies and qualifies as a license holder.
(2) A separate license is required for each golf course.
(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor
from one or more outlets for on-premises consumption on the golf course.
(e) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the hours
and days of sale for beer, wine, and liquor are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, Monday
through Sunday.

(2) The Commission may:
(i) reduce the hours of sale of beer, wine, and liquor; and
(ii) discontinue the sale of beer, wine, and liquor from Labor
Day through Memorial Day.
(f) The annual license fee is $500.
