(a) There is a Class C (concessionaire) beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use by a person operating a
concession that is:
(i) subject to contractual agreement with the county; and
(ii) on the premises of a golf and country club or country club
owned by the county.
(2) The license holder:
(i) may be an individual, association, firm, partnership, or
corporation approved by the County Council; and
(ii) shall be a resident of the State.
(c) (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and
liquor for on-premises consumption by the drink or bottle.
(2) The Board shall:
(i) regulate the manner of providing beer, wine, and liquor;
and
(ii) authorize the number of outlets that may provide beer,
wine, and liquor on the licensed premises.
(d) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license holder may
sell beer, wine, and liquor:

(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day; and
(ii) on Sunday, from noon to 2 a.m. the following day.
(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor for on-
premises consumption:
(i) from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.; or
(ii) at a bar or counter on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day, unless the Sunday is December 24 or December 31.
(e) The annual license fee is $1,815.
