(a) There is a Class B-AE (arts and entertainment) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) (1) The Board may issue the license only for use by an establishment in the county arts and entertainment district as approved by the County Council in Council Resolution CR-83-2001. (2) A person may not hold more than two Class B-AE licenses. (3) The license authorizes the holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption. (c) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section, including regulations specifying hours and days of sale. (d) The annual license fee is $3,600.
