(a) There is a Class A beer and wine license.

(b) (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine, at
retail, at the place described in the license.
(2) The license holder shall sell the beer and wine in a sealed package
or container.
(3) The package or container may not be opened and its contents may
not be consumed on the premises where the beer or wine is sold.
(c) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license
may not be issued to or used in conjunction with:
(i) an establishment that is a bowling alley, billiard hall, or
drugstore, or a restaurant in the establishment; or
(ii) a place with a door, an archway, an opening, or any other
passageway providing direct public access to an establishment listed under item (i)
of this paragraph.
(2) Paragraph (1) of this subsection does not apply to the renewal of
the license for use by a supermarket that includes a drugstore.
(d) The annual license fee is $250.
