(a) There is a Class H beer license.
(b) (1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) of this subsection, the license
authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at a hotel or restaurant at the place
described in the license for on-premises consumption.
(2) A license may not be issued for, for use in conjunction with, or on
the premises of:

(i) a restaurant located in a drugstore; or
(ii) a premises that has a passageway providing direct public
access to a drugstore.
(3) A license may be issued for a public golf course under § 25-1101
of this title.
(c) The annual license fee is $400.
(d) (1) There is one Class H license that shall be issued to a person who,
on June 30, 1997, held a Class B beer license and operated a licensed premises that
was located in that portion of the City of Takoma Park that was formerly part of
Prince George's County.
(2) The Class H license holder may exercise all of the privileges that
the license holder was authorized to exercise on June 30, 1997.
(3) The annual license fee is $400.
