(a) Reserved.
(b) A holder of a Class A-TP beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer,
wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.
(c) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B
beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:
(i) on Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day;
(ii) on Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. the following
day; and
(iii) on Sunday:
1. from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; or
2. from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. the following day if the federal
government has designated the following day as a public holiday.
(2) The license holder shall sell or make available food for
consumption on the premises during the hours that alcoholic beverages are permitted
to be served.
(d) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of
a Class B-K beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday
through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.
(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor after 11 p.m.
if the licensed establishment is in a commercial area specified in § 25-1604(b)(1)(ii)9
through 13 of this title.
(e) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B-
BWL (H-M) beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:
(i) on Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day;
(ii) on Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. the following
day; and

(iii) on Sunday:
1. from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; or
2. from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. the following day if the federal
government has designated the following day as a public holiday.
(2) The license holder shall sell or make available food for
consumption on the premises during the hours that alcoholic beverages are permitted
to be served.
(f) A holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine,
and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
(g) A holder of a Class C consumption license may allow the on-premises
consumption by a member of a corporation, club, or country club from 11 a.m. to 1
a.m. the following day.
