(a) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through
Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.
(b) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer on Monday through
Sunday:
(1) for on-premises consumption, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following
day; and
(2) for off-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following
day.
(c) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer on Monday through
Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
(d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer on Monday through
Sunday:
(1) for on-premises consumption, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following
day; and
(2) for off-premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following
day.

(e) A holder of a Class H beer license may sell beer on Monday through
Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
