(a) There is a veterans' organization or club license.
(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a local unit of a nationwide
nonprofit organization composed only of members who served in the armed forces of
the United States if the local unit:
(1) has a charter from a national veterans' organization and was
operating in the county before the application for the license was made;
(2) has a membership of at least 200 individuals and dues of at least
$5 per individual; and
(3) owns or operates a clubhouse that is principally for the use of its
members and their guests when accompanied by members.
(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail beer, wine, or
liquor to its members or guests accompanied by members for on-premises
consumption.
(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor:
(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following
day; and
(2) on Sunday, from noon to 1 a.m. the following day.
(e) The annual license fee is $1,000.
