(a) There is a Class B-BWL (large performing arts facility) license.
(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a nonprofit partnership,
limited liability company, corporation, or other entity that leases a performing arts
facility that:
(1) is used for artistic, corporate, and community related activities;
and
(2) has:
(i) a minimum capital investment, not including real
property, of $1,000,000;
(ii) a minimum capacity of 1,500 individuals;
(iii) a food service facility permit; and
(iv) 40 seats in a food service area.
(c) (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and
liquor by the drink from one or more outlets on the licensed premises for on-premises
consumption.
(2) A license holder may not sell beer, wine, and liquor at:
(i) a high school graduation held on the licensed premises; or
(ii) a community meeting held without food service on the
licensed premises.
(3) The Board may impose conditions on the issuance or renewal of
the license that establish the areas in the performing arts facility where beer, wine,
and liquor may be sold, served, possessed, or consumed.
(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor from 10 a.m. on any
day of the week to 2 a.m. the following day.
(e) The license may not be transferred to another location.
(f) The annual license fee is $1,000.
