(a) There is a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use in a restaurant approved by the Board that is equipped with: (1) an indoor, outdoor, or combination indoor and outdoor dining area; and (2) facilities for preparing and serving meals to the public. (c) The annual license fee is $2,000.
