(a) There is a Class B beer and wine license. (b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use in a restaurant approved by the Board that is equipped with: (i) an indoor, outdoor, or combination indoor and outdoor dining area; and (ii) facilities for preparing and serving meals to the public. (2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at a hotel or restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on- and off- premises consumption. (c) The annual license fee is $1,000.
