(a) The license may be issued to a holder of a Class D license as well as a holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on-sale) license that is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant. (b) The hours and days of sale under a Class 7 micro-brewery license are the same as those for a Class D license.
