Section ABC-23-802

(a) There is a Class B beer and light wine license.
(b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use by a hotel or restaurant.

(2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light
wine at a hotel or restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-
and off-premises consumption.
(c) The annual license fee is $175.
