(a) Except as otherwise provided by the Board:
(1) a holder of a 6-day Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell
beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day; and
(2) a holder of a 7-day Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell
beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following
day.
(b) (1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to
paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license
may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day.
(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or
counter on Sunday.
(c) (1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to
paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class BLX (luxury restaurant) (on-
sale) beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through
Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or
counter on Sunday.
(d) (1) Except as otherwise provided by the Board and subject to
paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license
may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day.
(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or
counter on Sunday.

(e) Except as otherwise provided by the Board:
(1) a holder of a 6-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell
beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day; and
(2) a holder of a 7-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell
beer, wine, and liquor Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following
day.
