(a) An applicant for a license in the county shall include on the application:
(1) a statement whether the applicant is a natural-born citizen or a
naturalized citizen; or

(2) if the applicant is not a natural-born citizen or a naturalized
citizen, information or documentation required by the Board to show proof of
immigration status.
(b) The Board may obtain information from the Social Security
Administration and the Department of Homeland Security - Immigration and
Customs to verify the citizenship or immigration status of the applicant.
