(a) There is a beer, wine, and liquor tasting (BWLT) license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a Class A beer, wine, and
liquor (BWL) license.
(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow the on-premises consumption,
for tasting, of:
(1) beer;
(2) wine containing not more than 15.5% of alcohol by volume; or
(3) liquor.
(d) A license holder may serve:
(1) wine in a quantity of not more than 2 ounces from each offering
and not more than 8 ounces from all offerings to an individual in a day;
(2) beer in a quantity of not more than 6 ounces from each offering
and not more than 16 ounces from all offerings to an individual in a day; or
(3) liquor in a quantity of not more than 1/2 ounce from each offering
and not more than 2 ounces from all offerings to an individual in a day.

(e) In addition to any other alcoholic beverages license fee, the annual
license fee is $100.
