(a) There is a Class C (veterans' club) license.

(b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use by a club that:
(i) is composed exclusively of members who served in the
armed forces of the United States;
(ii) is affiliated with a national organization; and
(iii) has at least 75 members who have paid the dues required
by its national organization in the year immediately preceding the year for which the
license is sought.
(2) For the license to be issued:
(i) at least 75% of the members of the club shall have resided
in the county for at least 2 years immediately preceding the date of application for
the license; and
(ii) the club shall have maintained a post in the county for at
least 3 years preceding the date of the application.
(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail at the place
described in the license beer, wine, and liquor to members of the club and guests
accompanied by members for on-premises consumption.
(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and
days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 23-2004 of this
title.
(e) The annual license fee is $250.
