(a) There is a racetrack license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to the owner of a regularly licensed
racing establishment, whether an individual, an association of individuals, or a
corporation.
(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at
one or more locations on the premises of the license holder's racing park.
(d) The license fee is $1,000 for each calendar year, payable to the County
Director of Finance.
