(a) There is:
(1) a Class GC (golf course) beer and light wine license; and
(2) a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to an organization that owns or
manages a golf course with at least 18 holes.
(c) (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell the alcoholic
beverages specified on the license for on-premises consumption.
(2) The Board may place conditions on the location of sales and
consumption, including:
(i) prohibiting the sale and consumption of liquor on specified
areas of premises with a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license; and
(ii) allowing the sale and consumption of only beer and light
wine on specified areas of the premises with a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and
liquor license.
(3) If the Board determines that circumstances warrant, the Board
may restrict the sale of alcoholic beverages to beer and light wine on premises for
which a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license is issued.
(d) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection:
(i) the holder of a Class GC (golf course) beer and light wine
license may sell beer and light wine on Monday through Sunday, from 6:30 a.m. to 2
a.m. the following day; and
(ii) the holder of a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor
license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6:30 a.m. to
2 a.m. the following day.

(2) The Board may reduce the hours and days of sale for all or part
of the licensed premises.
(e) The annual license fee is:
(1) $350 for a Class GC (golf course) beer and light wine license; and
(2) $1,500 for a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license.
