(a) There is a Class C (continuing care retirement community) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license for use by a continuing care retirement community that: (1) has obtained a certificate of registration from the Department of Aging under Title 10, Subtitle 4 of the Human Services Article; and (2) operates only for the use of its residents and guests of the community. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor to a resident or a guest of the community for on-premises consumption. (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 23-2004 of this title. (e) The annual license fee is $250.
