(a) There is a Class CCFA (continuing care facility for the aged) beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) The Board may issue the license to the officers of a continuing care facility for the aged that: (1) provides continuing care as defined under § 10-401 of the Human Services Article; (2) is licensed as a related institution under Title 19, Subtitle 3 of the Health - General Article; (3) is certified by the Department of Aging; and (4) is exempt from federal income tax under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. (c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor on the licensed premises for on-premises consumption. (d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 22-2004 of this title. (e) The annual license fee is $5,000.
