(a) There is a draft beer permit.
(b) To sell draft beer, a license holder of an establishment for which a license
to sell beer has been issued shall obtain a draft beer permit from the Board.
(c) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the permit
fees are:
(i) $75 for the issuing fee; and

(ii) $75 for the annual fee.
(2) A holder of a Class B-resort license shall pay:
(i) $150 for the annual fee for two facilities;
(ii) $75 for the annual fee for each additional facility; and
(iii) an issuing fee for each new draft beer permit in an amount
equal to the annual fee.
(d) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on
conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding
$5,000 or both.
