(a) This section applies to a Class 4 limited winery license in the county.
(b) A holder of the license may sell wine in any election district of the
county.
(c) A holder of the license may provide tables and chairs on the premises of
the plant for the sale, by the glass, of wine and pomace brandy made at the plant to
an individual who:
(1) (i) is participating in a guided tour of the plant; or
(ii) is attending a scheduled promotional event or other
organized activity at the plant; and
(2) has attained the Maryland legal drinking age.
