(a) This section applies to a holder of: (1) a Class C per diem beer and wine license; or (2) a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) A license holder listed under subsection (a) of this section may sell collectible special anniversary or event bottles of wine or liquor for off-premises consumption on the days permitted by the license for the special anniversary or event.
