(a) There is a Class C (theater) beer and wine license. (b) The president and two other officers of the theater shall sign the application for the license. (c) The Board may issue a license for use by a theater with seating. (d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine for on- premises consumption from 1 hour before to 1 hour after: (1) a regular performance; or (2) a fund-raiser performance that benefits the theater. (e) The annual license fee is $100.
