(a) There is a Class G (aircraft) beer, wine, and liquor license issued by the Executive Director. (b) The license is valid throughout the State. (c) The license authorizes the owner or operator of aircraft operated on regularly scheduled flights over any part of the State to sell beer, wine, and liquor in the aircraft for consumption in the aircraft. (d) The annual license fee is $200. (e) This section may not be considered repealed by a local or general law unless the law expressly refers to and repeals this section.
