(a) In this section, "light wine" means wine that contains not more than
15.5% of alcohol by volume.
(b) There is a Class F (railroad) beer and light wine license issued by the
Executive Director.
(c) The license is valid throughout the State.
(d) The license authorizes the owner or operator of a steam, diesel, or
electric railroad in the State or a car on a line of the railroad that is a club, parlor,
buffet, observation, sleeping, or dining car to sell beer and light wine in those cars,
for consumption in those cars.
(e) The annual license fee is $60.
(f) (1) Other provisions of this article may not be construed as applying
to or affecting the sale of alcoholic beverages under a Class F beer and light wine
license.
(2) This section may not be considered repealed by a local or general
law unless the law expressly refers to and repeals this section.
