(a) An applicant for a permit under this part shall: (1) submit to the Executive Director a completed application on a form that the Executive Director provides; (2) provide to the Executive Director a copy of the applicant's current manufacturer's license; (3) identify the product manufactured by the applicant that the applicant intends to deliver to a consumer in the State; and (4) pay a fee of $200 for initial issuance of the permit. (b) If an applicant meets the requirements of this part, the Executive Director shall issue to the applicant: (1) a direct beer delivery permit; or (2) a direct liquor delivery permit.
