(a) There is a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a restaurant, motel, or hotel
that has a facility:
(1) for serving full-course meals at least twice daily; and

(2) with seating at tables for at least 25 individuals, not including
seats at bars or counters.
(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at
the place described in the license for on-premises consumption.
(d) The annual license fee is $1,250.
