(a) There is a Class B beer and wine license. (b) (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at a restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption. (2) A license issued on or before June 30, 2008, for on- and off- premises consumption, may be renewed but may not be transferred. (c) The annual license fee is $350.
