(a) This section applies to a Class 6 pub-brewery license in the county. (b) Section 2-208(d) of this article does not apply in the county. (c) A holder of a Class 6 pub-brewery license may sell alcoholic beverages at retail: (1) Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) Sunday from noon to midnight, except if Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve is on a Sunday, then from noon to 2 a.m. the following day. (d) (1) The Executive Director may issue to a single applicant one Class 6 pub-brewery license or one Class 7 micro-brewery license, but not both, for a location in an enterprise zone in the county, if the applicant holds no more than three Class B beer, wine, and liquor licenses. (2) This subsection does not limit the number of Class 6 pub-brewery licenses that the Executive Director may issue in the county.
