(a) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and (2) except as provided in § 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight. (b) A holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on-sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to midnight. (c) A holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor (on-sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight. (d) A holder of a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and (2) except as provided in § 19-2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.
