Section ABC-18-103

The County Commissioners may regulate by ordinance the consumption of
alcoholic beverages on public property, including buildings, grounds, streets,
highways, alleys, sidewalks, and other structures or roads on land in the county
owned by:
(1) the county;
(2) the county board of education; or
(3) the State.
