(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a club that:
(1) has been incorporated for at least 2 years before the license
application is made;
(2) has at least 25 members paying dues of at least $50 per year per
member;
(3) maintains sleeping accommodations on the club premises for 25
club members or guests; and
(4) has facilities for preparing and serving food on the club premises
to members and guests.
(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at
the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.
(d) The annual license fee is $600.
