(a) A license shall be revoked if: (1) a licensed premises is not open for at least 30 consecutive days on which the license is authorized to be used during 1 year; or (2) no sale of alcoholic beverages is made during the 30-day period. (b) If the license holder shows hardship before the revocation, the Board may allow the license holder an additional period not exceeding 1 year before revoking the license.
