(a) (1) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (i) on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) on Sunday, subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) To sell beer, wine, and liquor on Sunday under paragraph (1)(ii) of this subsection, the license holder shall pay an additional fee of $500. (b) (1) A holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (i) on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) except as provided in paragraph (4) of this subsection and subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) of this subsection, on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) To sell beer, wine, and liquor on Sunday under paragraph (1)(ii) of this subsection, the license holder shall pay an additional fee of $500. (3) Sales of beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption may be conducted on Sunday under paragraph (1)(ii) of this subsection only by a licensed restaurant. (4) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday. (c) A holder of a Class BLX beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (1) on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (2) on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day, for on- premises consumption. (d) (1) A holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption: (i) on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday. (e) (1) A holder of a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor: (i) on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and (ii) subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. (2) To sell beer, wine, and liquor on Sunday under paragraph (1)(ii) of this subsection, the license holder shall pay an additional fee of $500.
