(a) The Board may issue to a fire department a multiple event
entertainment license of any class for use at an entertainment event held by the fire
department.
(b) The license authorizes the holder to exercise any privilege conferred by
the respective class of license.
(c) An application submitted under this section shall be:
(1) on a form that the Board requires; and
(2) signed by the applicant.
(d) The fee for the license is:
(1) $120 per year for a beer or beer and wine license; or
(2) $240 per year for a beer, wine, and liquor license.
(e) (1) The license may not be issued to a fire department more than once
a year.
(2) The number of days for which the license may be used may not
exceed 24 per calendar year.
