(a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and
wine on Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
(b) (1) A holder of a 6-day Class B beer and wine license may sell or
provide beer and wine for on-premises consumption on Monday through Saturday
from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
(2) A holder of a 7-day Class B beer and wine license may sell or
provide beer and wine for on-premises consumption:
(i) on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day; and
(ii) on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.
(3) A holder of a 7-day Class B beer and wine license may sell beer
and wine for off-premises consumption on Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11
p.m.
(c) A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and
wine on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
(d) (1) A holder of a 6-day or 7-day Class D beer and wine license may
sell or provide beer and wine on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the
following day.
(2) A holder of a 7-day Class D beer and wine license may sell or
provide beer and wine on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.
