(a) There is a wine tasting (WT) license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer and wine (BW)
license or beer, wine, and liquor (BWL) license.
(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow the consumption of wine for
tasting if:
(1) the license holder is authorized to sell the wine; and
(2) the consumer is not charged for the wine.
(d) The Board shall regulate:
(1) the quantity of wine served to each individual; and
(2) the number of bottles of wine from which this quantity is served.
(e) In addition to the cost of a BW license or BWL license, the annual license
fee is $100.
