(a) There is a Class HC caterer's (on-sale and limited off-sale) beer, wine,
and liquor license.
(b) The Board may issue the license to the holder of a Class H caterer's beer,
wine, and liquor license.
(c) The license authorizes a holder to:
(1) sell beer, wine, and liquor 7 days a week at a catered event for
consumption:
(i) on the licensed premises; or
(ii) on the premises where the catered event is held; and
(2) exercise the privileges of the license only during the hours and on
the days authorized for a Class B hotel or restaurant (on- and off-sale) beer, wine,
and liquor license.
(d) The license holder shall provide food for consumption at the catered
event.
(e) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, in a calendar year the
license holder may hold not more than eight events that the license holder sponsors.
(2) An event that the license holder sponsors may be held only at a
location and on a date that the Board approves in accordance with regulations that
the Board adopts.
(f) The annual license fee is $250 greater than the annual fee for a Class B
hotel or restaurant (on- and off-sale) beer, wine, and liquor license.
