(a) There is: (1) a 6-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license; and (2) a 7-day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license. (b) Each license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on-premises consumption. (c) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore. (d) The annual license fee is: (1) $1,250 for a 6-day license; and (2) $1,600 for a 7-day license.
