(a) There is a special event festival beer, wine, and liquor permit.
(b) The Board may issue the permit to a license holder of a Class B or Class
D license.
(c) Before the Board issues the permit, the applicant shall:
(1) demonstrate a reasonable expectation of attracting at least 250
customers to the special event; and
(2) commit to provide any additional security personnel required to
be at the event for traffic, parking, and patrol purposes.
(d) Subject to the discretion of the Board, the permit authorizes the holder
to operate additional bars or service counters for the sale and service of alcoholic
beverages that are allowed under the holder's license:
(1) inside or outside the licensed premises; and
(2) for at least 1 day and not more than 3 consecutive days.
(e) The permit fee is $100.
