For a violation that is cause for suspension or revocation of a license, after holding a public hearing and finding that a person has violated an alcoholic beverages law or regulation, the Board may: (1) impose a fine not exceeding $2,000; (2) suspend or revoke the license; or (3) impose a fine and suspend or revoke the license.
