(a) The County Executive shall appoint three members to the Board. (b) Each member of the Board shall be a resident and voter of the county. (c) (1) The term of a member is 2 years. (2) The terms of the members are staggered as required by the terms provided for members of the Board on July 1, 2016. (d) The County Executive may remove a member for misconduct in office, incompetence, or willful neglect of duty.
