(a) To renew a license, a license holder annually shall file an application with the Board between February 1 and March 31, inclusive. (b) The Board may: (1) accept a late renewal application during April; and (2) charge the license holder an amount not exceeding $50 for each day the application is late, up to a maximum amount of $500.
