(a) (1) A license holder may not use an advertisement that is untrue,
deceptive, or misleading in a material respect, including an advertisement on the
Internet containing an affirmative representation that the license holder may offer
for sale alcoholic beverages that the license holder is not authorized to sell.
(2) The Board shall enforce this subsection.
(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on
conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
