A holder of a Class B (on-sale - hotels and restaurants) beer, wine, and liquor license may be issued: (1) not more than three additional Class B (on-sale - hotels and restaurants) beer, wine, and liquor licenses for an apartment house with at least 150 apartments; or (2) not more than five additional Class B (on-sale - hotels and restaurants) beer, wine, and liquor licenses for a hotel with at least 100 rooms.
